Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS.
For shipments within Germany and EU, the Standard service is used. If you prefer delivery by UPS EXPRESS, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Our standard shipping fee within Germany is 12.- Euro, within the EU 25.- Euro (UPS Standard).

This fee includes packing and handling as well as the shipping costs.
Insurance up to 500.- Euro is included in the shipping cost. If you would like full insurance of your package, a surchage of 0.5% within Germany and 1% within EU will be added.
